Person Specifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2) At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing corporate procurement in a structured organization.
3) A proven track record of success in resource mobilization and stakeholder management.
4) Highly organized.
5) Knowledge of ERP or other accounting software
6) Highly skilled in the use of MS Office Suite; Data analysis and management
7) Very good interpersonal skills.
8) Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including negotiation skills; must be very responsive.
9) A high level of integrity, sound judgment and initiative.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1). Plan, manage and deliver programmes and projects in accordance with set timelines: Manage programme scope, schedule and budgets ensuring that projects are delivered in line with agreed requirements.
